В данном видео показано упражнение призванное улучшить работу ног в боксе и сделать так, чтоб не заваливаться при ударе, атаке. Часто бывает такое, что возникает момент, который нужно использовать и быстро атаковать и случаются заваливания, когда практически весь вес полностью переносится на переднюю ногу и в этом положении тяжело, что то сделать, продолжать атаку, защищаться.
Хорошая работа ног в боксе, очень сильно помогает вам и тому, чтоб ваши удары достигали цель. Конечно это упражнение для улучшения баланса не единственное, но оно по моему мнение топ лучшее упражнение для ног боксера.
Верное выполнение упражнения:
Можно делать упражнение как со своей стойки, так и с противоположной. В видео показан только один вариант, но вы также можете применять упражнение и для работы и в непривычной для вас стойке.
Желаемый алгоритм выполнения упражнения:
1. Выполнение быстрого прыжка с нанесением одиночного прямого удара.
2. Выполнение быстрого прыжка с нанесением одиночного бокового или удара снизу.
3. Выполнение быстрого прыжка с нанесением двух прямых, а в дальнейшем любых серий из двух ударов.
4. Добавление к серии защитного движения, уклона
5. Добавление к серии и защитному движению, уклону, еще одного или двух ударов.
6. Добавляете воображение и усложняете дальше данное упражнения дополнительными сериями, защитными движениями.
Все тоже самое выполняется одноименной рукой после чего можно попробовать отработку в противоположной вашей обычной стройке.
Рекомендуемый алгоритм выполнения упражнения для улучшения работы ног в боксе:
По одной минуте на каждую из ног и одну минуту легкий бой с тенью, для небольшого отдыха.
Общее количество подходов на каждую ногу по 2-3 раунда по одной минуте.
Выполнение данного упражнения поможет улучшить баланс в боксе и не заваливаться в бою при атаках и нанесениях ударов.
Равновесие и хорошая работа ног очень важна, вам всегда должно быть удобно как продолжать атаку так и защищаться, контратаковать и заваливание, падение вперед очень сильно мешает эффективности работы. Чем больше усложняете вы данное упражнение при соблюдении качественной работы вы сможете также улучшить в некой мере координацию ног. Я не могу сказать, что данное упражнение – самое лучшее упражнение для улучшения работы ног боксера, но оно однозначно очень полезное.
Отрабатывайте устойчивость ног, координацию, выносливость, скорость, точность и многое другое, чтоб стать по настоящему хорошим спортсменом.

Улучшение техники ударов всегда не простая тема, ведь приходится менять рефлексы, а как показывает практика, рефлексы просто так не поменять за одну тренировку. Тут нужно работать постоянно, долго, упорно, следить за собой, за правильностью нанесением ударов, находить ошибки и заниматься их исправлением.
Существует много вариантов того как исправить ошибки в боксе и каждый выбирает наиболее подходящее ему. Обычно люди отрабатывают бой с тенью, но и бой с тенью не все могут бить правильно, а именно бить медленно и не спеша. Все стараются бить быстро и именно скорость мешает провести улучшение техники в боксе. Ведь при быстрых ударах очень сложно отследить и подправить траекторию удара, поэтому чтоб изменить технику и правильно поставить технику удара, нужно работать с такой скоростью, с которой вы сможете замечать ошибки и исправлять их, учиться бить правильно.
Так как поставить технику удара? Для исправление ошибок в боксе я предлагаю применять резину. Все требования к жесткости резины и нюансам выполнения я рассказал в самом видео. Вот как должна проводится тренировка на технику боксера и постановка техники удара с резиной, основные моменты упражнения:
1. Жесткость резины должна быть легкой (не большой). Это позволит создать напряжение, но не уставать слишком сильно, но в то же время усиливать сложность работы. Таким образом, работая медленно, пропадает ощущение, что вы тратите время). Также это помогает лучше понять мозгу, что вы от него хотите и закрепить немного другую траекторию удара.
2. Бить нужно медленно и не спеша.
3. Работать нужно сначала на одним видом удара, после чего переходить к другому. Не стоит сразу пробовать пробивать разные виды ударов.
4. Постоянно следить за положением ног, уверенностью их постановки и т.д. Если происходят какие то падения или чувствуется неудобство, это сигнал, что вы делаете что то не правильно.
5. Таким образом, нужно тренироваться по 3-6 мин в день (в дни тренировки) и очень важно именно частота выполнения таких тренировок. Если выполнять упражнение часто, на каждой тренировке, техника будет меняться, если работать над этим раз в месяц, то в этом случае сложно говорить о большом позитивном эффекте.
