Бывает ли у вас чувство, что обучение пробуксовывает? Оценки в школе или ВУЗе снижаются, как и стремление изучать материал? Люди сталкиваются с этой проблемой и в повседневной жизни, когда пытаются освоить навык, но объём информации давит своим весом и просто убивает желание в этом развиваться. Однако, есть принцип, который позволит достичь успеха в любом начинании и ускорит процесс обучения.
Есть три уровня овладения дисциплиной. Различаются они тем, сколько внимания и концентрации человеку нужно для применения знаний на практике.
Первый уровень – это знание. На этом уровне человек использует большое количество сил и концентрации, чтобы применить знание на практике.
Например, школьник младших классов с трудом будет считать задачи, связанные с простейшим умножением и делением. Он прилагает много усилий с тем, чтобы каждый раз вспоминать таблицу умножения. На этом уровне человеку нужно 90% его внимания и концентрации для применения знания в деле.
Второй уровень – это умение. Это когда человек уже хорошо потренировался в деле и теперь он может уделять меньше внимания и концентрации для выполнения определённой задачи. На этом уровне, человек концентрируется всего на 40%.
Третий же уровень – это навык. На этом уровне мастер выполняет задачу, почти не концентрируясь на ней, при этом сохраняя качество. Например, опытный водитель в сравнении с начинающим практически не уделяет внимания на нюансы езды, все процессы происходят как бы на периферии его сознания. Теперь человек использует всего 10% внимания для выполнения поставленной задачи.
Но что произойдёт, если, начинающий водитель, овладев искусством вождения на уровне «Знание», попытается принять участие в гонках? Его уровень концентрации на базовых аспектах вождения будет увеличен до нечеловеческих объёмов, и он просто разобьётся. Но как избежать такого исхода событий?
На этом примере прослеживается основной принцип обучения. Каждая дисциплина или занятие имеет базовые знания. Освоение этих знаний до уровня мастера позволит вам безболезненно перейти на следующую ступень обучения.
Ещё пример. Вы решили научиться рисовать шедевральные картины. Вам показывают, как нарисовать разные линии, вы пару раз отрабатываете их на бумаге, а потом сразу из этих же линий пытаетесь нарисовать картину. Что произойдёт? У вас не получится. Ваш уровень концентрации будет слишком высок, слишком многое нужно контролировать. И положение руки, и степень нажатия карандаша и ещё много чего.
Правильный путь – отрабатывать базовые движения карандаша и кисти достаточно долго, чтобы достичь уровня навыка. Тогда наше тело привыкнет работать без постоянного контроля ума и когда вы вновь решите нарисовать картину, вам будет проще провести прямую линию или нарисовать круг, что позволит сконцентрироваться на эстетической стороне картины.
При этом скорость вашего обучения будет расти по экспоненте, поскольку каждая новая ступень информации имеет меньше принципиально новых знаний, а значит, с каждым шагом внимания уделять придётся всё меньше и меньше.
Каждую новую ступень вы будете преодолевать с большей лёгкостью, ведь у вас будет достаточно сил, чтобы сконцентрироваться на новой информации.
Итог. Вы начали заниматься новым делом. Найдите основу, базу. Главный набор навыков, которые стоит освоить. Тренируйте их до полного совершенства, даже если другие уйдут далеко вперёд. Добейтесь мастерства во всех базовых вещах дисциплины и только потом переходите к новому кругу информации. Отработав и его, вы обнаружите, что времени ушло значительно меньше, чем вы ожидали. Затем, к следующему кругу, и так далее. В один момент вы обнаружите, что значительно обогнали тех, кто сомневался, что это сработает.
