Использовать опору очень сложно. Если не понимаешь толком что это такое.
Каша в голове = звучишь как каша.
Опора - это работа по управлению давлением воздуха на связки.
Фактически, при пении на опоре, воздух выдыхается мизерно.
Дело совсем не в выдохе воздуха - дело в контроле давления, который оказывает воздух на связки.
Если мы умеем поддерживать стабильное давление, добавлять и удалять его - голос магическим образом приобретает певческие функции.
Опора это просто, когда понимаешь что и зачем происходит.

Привет, друзья! Не важно, чем бы вы не увлекались: бокс, #кикбоксинг, смешанные единоборства, всегда хочется быть все лучше и лучше и работать эффективнее. И многие как и я, задумывался над вопросом, как увеличить #скорость удара, как бить быстро. Конечно, для того, чтобы иметь быстрый удар нужно кроме отработки самих ударов также выполнять физические упражнения для улучшения функциональных возможностей ударных мышц.
В одном из своих видео мы уже разбирали, что развитие скоростных способностей, происходит в результате увеличения силы мышц. В этом видео мы продолжим разбираться с этой темой и покажу один из своих любимых комплексов.
Данная тренировка на силу удара и скорость удара позволит увеличить силу мышц, увеличить выносливость, что поможет вам не только лучше себя чувствовать как в ринге, так и в обычной жизни.
Преимущество данного комплекса в том, что он позволяет увеличить #скоростьудара в домашних условиях.
Для того, чтобы был рост силы и выносливости, необходимо выполнят упражнения в высокоинтенсивном режиме (Табата). Упражнения подбираются так, чтобы не было подряд нескольких упражнений на одни и те же группы мышц.
Особенностью данного комплекса - #табата для бокса, в том, что в нем присутствуют упражнения, которые сами по себе являются сложными, а выполнить их в высокоинтенсивном режиме очень не просто. Тренировка на силу и скорость удара включает в себя много упражнений на мышцы рук, поэтому если вы почувствуете, что появилось покалывание или вовсе отказ мышц, нужно либо сделать паузу либо снизить интенсивность, иначе может быть слишком большое закисление, что может в результате понизить уровень выносливости.
Тренировка для скорости состоит из следующих упражнений:
1. Бег на месте, высоко подымая колени с постепенным увеличением скорости до максимального.
2. #Отжимания на правой руке, корпус держим под углом.
3. Прыжки вверх. Один прыжок, 2а прыжка, 3 прыжка подряд и так по кругу.
4. Отжимания с хлопами, на согнутых руках.
5. Пресс-велосипед
6. Бурпи на кулаках без отжимания и прыжков со смещением в сторону и нанесением ударов.
7. Прыжки в воздухе и нанесение 3-5 ударов.
Данный комплекс упражнений для скорости и взрыва выполняется с соблюдением протокола: 10-30 сек работы, 10 – 20 сек отдых. Всего рекомендую выполнять около трех раундов, в который включается вышеназванные упражнения. Отдых между каждым раундами может быть 1 – 3 минуты.
Надеюсь результаты выполнения данного комплекса помогут вам понять как усилить силу и удар.
Конечно, спорт, и #бокс в том числе, для многих не является главным в жизни, но выполняя данный #комплекснаразвитиесилы с собственным весом, поможет вам быть в форме и хорошо себя чувствовать.
Важно, что показанные упражнения выполняются в высокоинтенсивном режиме и соответственно, если у вас есть проблемы с сердцем, сердечно сосудистой системой, то я рекомендую не выполнять такие упражнения. Также если у вас есть проблемы с лишним весом, то может быть слишком большая нагрузка на сердце и поэтому предпочтительнее уменьшить вес и только после этого начинать выполнять комплекс соблюдением предложенного протокола.
Преимущества подобных тренировок на развитие скоростных способностей, заключаются в следующем:
1. Данные упражнения возможно выполнять как в домашних условиях, так и на улице, спортзале;
2. Подходит для любого уровня спортсменов;
3. Кроме увеличения силы, поможет увеличить выносливость, за счет увеличения количества митохондрий в работающих мышцах;
4. Гибкость и возможность управления уровнем сложности упражнений, за счет изменения интенсивности их выполнения.
Увеличивая силу удара вы сможете увеличить скорость удара, что приблизит вас к владению настоящим #быстрым, жестким, хлестким, а главное #нокаутирующим ударом.
