In this painting of a little girl, I'm going to walk you through some important tips that you want to remember when doing your own colored pencil portraits or drawings. I've used Faber-Castell Polychromos and Caran d'Ache Luminance over an airbrushed background.

Today I'm showing you how to draw dark hair in colored pencil. The full portrait will be up next week! I've got colored pencil tips and techniques showing you how to make the hair look realistic and how to blend the colors! I'm even showing you how to get the fine white lines in colored pencil!
