Draw ANYTHING using CUBES! - Drawing Skulls in Perspective

In this video I build on what we had done in a previous perspective tutorial and use these constructed cubes to draw the skull in perspective. Although I am using the skull as an example here, the cubes and boxes are essential for drawing anything in perspective.

The concept for this drawing/video was to motivate, inspire and showcase not just my drawing and work but also a man who is a big inspiration and idol to many others. Arnold Schwarzenegger is an example of hard work and success. not just through his body building career but also through his mindset and work ethic.

Like usual I want to create content that offers more than just a realistic pencil drawing. I always try to better myself and take advantage of my drawing ability to display a new experience. I hope this video can be more than just a drawing.

The final drawing had taken me 40 hours to complete. I dedicated a lot of time to this as it was something I knew was an idea I wanted to see finished. Thank you for taking the time to watch this. I hope you can take something away from it.

LIGHT, SHADOW & TONES (Drawing Facial Features) - Realistic Drawing Guide

In the third section of this realistic drawing guide. We create the more prominent shadows around the facial features. This section is called light, shadow and tone because we study these areas on the reference image, and then work into them on our drawing.

Don't forget to watch the last episode where we looked into using a grid to create realistic proportions.

SKIN TEXTURE (Drawing Skin Texture & Details) - Realistic Drawing Guide

So in this section of the realistic drawing guide we go straight on top of the base layer and start drawing some realistic skin texture. This is part of the process that people tend to to struggle with so in this video (the longest in the series) we will go in-depth and look at methods and techniques to how to draw a realistic skin texture step by step using a process i normally use when drawing.
