Как научиться расслабленно боксировать? Вопрос который многие себе задают, ведь чувствуют, что то мешает отработать лучше получив легкость в работе. И тут есть две основных причины это не умение управлять своим телом, а вторая причина это стрессовая ситуация с которой вы сталкиваетесь в бою. Психологическое напряжение влияет и на физическое состояние и тут ля того, чтоб получить большую расслабленность нужно выполнить всего одно основное условие – это работать, боксировать в парах.
Но если вы не умеете расслаблять мышцы, не знаете как расслабить мышцы упражнения какие нужно делать, то тут и психологическое состояние вам не поможет. Поэтому нужно работать одновременно в двух направлениях. С одной стороны получать опыт, преодолевать страхи и учиться выполнять задачи в стрессовых ситуациях, а с другой стороны даже на тренировках учиться боксировать более легко, расслабленно, раскрепощенно.
Для того, чтоб вы улучшили свою работу важно чувствовать расслабленные плечи, расслабленные руки и мышцы спины. Это первый этап, выполнив который вы уже почувствуете улучшения в своей работе, выносливости и т.д.

В данном видео показано крутое упражнение для развития взрывной силы ног боксера. Это упражнение позволит вам улучшить качество сильного импульса и быстрого скачка в бою при атаках. Хотя сначала кажется, что основная нагрузка ложится на икроножные мышцы, но после нескольких раундов, ощущается работа множества мышц ног. Выполняя предложенное упражнение улучшается взрывная сила ног.
Как увеличить скорость ног боксера выполняя данное упражнение? Данное упражнение выполняется по раундам. Время каждого раунда 120 секунд, отдых между раундами от 1 до 2 минут, в зависимости от вашей подготовки.
1. 10 сек выполняются прыжки на одной ноге с нанесением ударов передней рукой.
2. 10 сек делается активный отдых
3. 10 сек выполняются прыжки на второй ноге с нанесение ударов передней рукой. Например если вы правша и первые 10 сек вы прыгали на левой ноге, то прыгая на правой ноге вы поворачиваетесь так, словно вы левша и прыгаете правой стороной вперед и назад, при этом удары наносятся правой рукой, как передней в данном случае)
4. 10 сек делается активный отдых
5. 10 сек выполняются прыжки на одной ноге с нанесением ударов передней рукой.
6. 10 сек делается активный отдых
7. 10 сек выполняются прыжки на второй ноге с нанесение ударов передней рукой. Например если вы правша и первые 10 сек вы прыгали на левой ноге, то прыгая на правой ноге вы поворачиваетесь так, словно вы левша и прыгаете правой стороной вперед и назад, при этом удары наносятся правой рукой, как передней в данном случае)
8. 10 сек делается активный отдых
Общее рекомендованное количество таких рандов составляет от 3 шт. После чего можно продолжать вашу тренировку.
При выполнении прыжков желательно успевать наносить по два удара, но минимум - это нанесение одного удара за один прыжок.
Данное упражнение является очень полезным и периодически выполняя его, со временем вы поймете как быстро двигаться, как быстро перемещаться и самое главное вам станет это легче делать, ведь ваши мышц будут готовы к таким проверкам и испытаниям)
Существует не очень много различных упражнений на улучшения работы ног боксера и данное упражнение является очень эффективным и полезным.
