В данном видео я показал как улучшить работу ног боксера, а именно предложил два лучшие упражнения на баланс и перенос веса при ударах. Работа ног боксера должна быть хорошо отлаженной, от нее зависит общая эффективность всех работы. Предложенные упражнения помогут сохранить устойчивость на ногах, улучшить работу мышц стабилизаторов и т.д. Вы сможете лучше чувствовать свой организм и знать свои возможности. Применяя данные упражнения вы сможете проверить себя и заметить возможные недостатки, слабые места в вашей работе. Улучшению работы ног нет границ, важно знать, как улучшить чувство баланса в боксе, устойчивость на ногах.

#Тренировки жесткого удара в основном производится на снарядах. Такую отработку можно проводить на мешке дома и на тренировке в спортзале. Во первых, это более правильно с точки зрения безопасности, во вторых, при нанесении удара на более стабильную поверхность, пускай даже движущеюся, можно лучше почувствовать и понять, что делается правильно, а где есть какие то ошибки и т.д. Кстати, в предложенных вариантах возможно отрабатывать #удары на груше, но все же лучше бить по тяжелому мешку.
Как правило во время тренировок, при подготовках к соревнованиям или просто для того, чтоб просто работая над чем то одним не потерять наработки в другом, приходится во время одной тренировки уделять внимание и работе на скорость и работе на технику, и изучать что-то новое для себя и оттачивать уже наработанные навыки.
В таких условиях логично включать упражнения на наработку #жесткогоудара в саму тренировку, а не делать на отработку такого удара отдельную тренировку. Работа на мешке может производиться разными способами. И в данном случае я предлагаю только некоторые из множества существующих.
1:33 отработка прямых одиночных жестких ударов;
3:00 отработка боковых и ударов снизу;
4:16 отработка легких серий с одним акцентированным ударом;
5:25 отработка жестких серий ударов.
Варианты отработки нужного нам жесткого удара:
1. В конце тренировки выделять пару дополнительных раундов и отрабатывать одиночные удары на мешке. Хотя бы 3 раунда. По раунду на обе руки на прямые удары, боковые удары и удары снизу.
1.1. Делать обманное движение этой же рукой или другой рукой и пробиваю удар.
1.2. Это же, но добавляю уклон. Т.е. делаю обманное движение, уклон и удар.
1.3. Наносить удары практически с места или в атаке с дальней дистанции, с шагом, на скачке.
Главное, что т.к. вы отрабатываете сам удар, фокус максимально смещается в сам удар. Т.е., чтоб бить точно, быстро, а также не забывать, что техника ударов также очень важна для получения нужного вам результата.
Также можно отрабатывать на стенке или бывает, что мешок вешают вертикально. В таких случая в основном все отрабатывает с места или с небольшим подшагом.
2. Также можно пробовать пробивать один акцентированный удар в серии.
Проще всего легко, даже с места начинать бить легкие удары и последний удар бить с акцентом.
Это упражнение позволит вам лучше научиться разграничивать в серии жесткие и легкие удары.
Важно не просто жестче сжимать кулак или напрягать больше мышц, а важно увеличить скорость в том ударе, который бьется с акцентом и не бить все удары с одинаковой скоростью. Это поможет увеличить силу удара.
Дальше можно двойки правой-левой левой-правой и каждый последний удар бить с акцентом.
Также можно добавить еще защитное движение или выход с дистанции.
3. На протяжении определенного времени, допустим 30 сек. бить все удары максимально жестко. Т.е. бить каждый удар как последний. После этого, какое-то время работать легко. И так на протяжении трех – пяти минут менять режим работы. В принципе самостоятельная отработка ударов на мешке дома или такая же работа в спортзале ничем, не должна ничем отличаться и должна проводится с соблюдением основных принципов описанных в видео.
Вот так можно во время тренировок дома или в спортзалах, можно нарабатывать и оттачивать свой коронный удар.
Сильный удар не гарантирует вам победу, но дает определенное преимущество. Улучшаем себя и достигаем все новые и новые вершины.
