As part of your Hungarian "Forest Animal" unit, today your class is taking a walk through the forest to gather information for a report you will have as homework tonight. Your teacher hands out a list of "things to look out for" - written entirely in Hungarian! Not being able to make out some of the Hungarian words on the list, you try to partner up with someone, but everyone seems to have turned it into a competition to see who can find things first. Привет! Не у всех и не всегда есть возможность посещать спортзалы. Но отсутствие возможности не должно остановить Вас). В данном видео предложен вариант тренировки дома (в домашних условиях). С одной стороны очень простые упражнения, но если вы попробуете подобные тренировки, вам не покажутся они простыми)
За счет своей энергозатратности, с помощь такого простого упражнения , как бег по ступеням (по лестнице), вы сможете отлично «продышаться», улучшить выносливость ног, улучшиться координацию рук и ног, и просто поддержать форму, стать сильнее.
Необходимо быть аккуратным при выполнении упражнения на ступенях, чтоб не поскользнуться, не упасть и не навредить себе. Кроме того, если у вы имеете большую массу, данным упражнением не стоит увлекаться слишком сильно, т.к. в нем идет большое напряжение на коленные суставы.

Привет! Если вы задавались вопросом: как развить выносливость боксеру или как развить выносливость бойцу, то возможно применив вариант показан в данном видео, вы найдете ответ на свой вопрос.
В данном видео показана тренировка на выносливость боксера со жгутом.
Выносливость в боксе очень важна и поэтому ее нужно правильно тренировать. При работе на выносливость бойца важно не находится долго в максимальном зачислении. Нужно чтоб вам было тяжело, нужно чтоб вы подходили к своей границе возможностей, переходили ее ненадолго и опять возвращались и так раз за разом. Тем самым мы будем говорить организму, что ему нужно адаптироваться, увеличивать количество митохондрий их качество. Сколько именно нужно находиться за так называемой границей фактор субъективный.
Когда мышцы работает, и митохондрий не достаточно, они не справляются и мышцы начинают зачисляться. При слишком большом закислении, долгом нахождении в этом состоянии, например наступил отказ и мы еще продолжаем мышцу добивать, то повышается риск разрушения мембраны митохондрий, что может спровоцировать гибель клетки и в результате это приведет к ухудшению выносливости мышцы.
Поэтому при работе на выносливость боксера Поэтому следует работать так, чтоб вы могли выполнить необходимую работу и вам было тяжело, мышцы закислялись, забивались, в общем существенно замедлялись. После того как вы почувствовали боль, покалывание в мышце, нужно ослабить нагрузку (снизить интенсивность работы, начать работать без отягощения и т.д.) и тем самым вы даете время на восстановление мышцы.
Сколько времени точно можно работать после достижения покалывания, забитости, сказать невозможно, т.к. это индивидуально. Вот почему важно чтоб вы чувствовали свой организм и в соответствии с ощущениями варьировали нагрузку.
Также, что важно, это для увеличения митохондрий, как и в общем для развития, нужно системно работать и системно стимулировать организм изменять себя.
Данная тренировка на выносливость со жгутом проводится по следующей формуле:
8 раундов по 45 сек. Между раундами 45 сек отдых, желательно активный.
Задачи на каждый раунд:
1. Бьем все виды ударов в среднем темпе, чем ближе к концу раунда по возможности увеличиваем интенсивность. Если чувствуете, что мышцы забиты сильно, то никакого повышения делать не стоит, а лучше просто в прежнем режиме продолжить работать.
2. Такой же принцип, как и в первом раунде, но мы работаем в другую сторону (лицом к месту крепления жгута). Бицепс отвечает за быстрый возврат руки и если вы ударили и рука на долго зависает возле противника это означает, что в это время ваш подбородок не защищен и нужно как можно быстрее возвращать руку обратно, а для этого нужно, чтоб у вас были выносливы не только мышцы работающие в направлении разгибания руки, но и работающие для ее возврата.
3. Работа по сторонами, во время работы менять стороны, каждые примерно 5 сек или каждые 2-3 серии.
4. Работа на взрывах вперед с прыжком вверх.
5. Работа на взрывах задом с прыжком вверх (повернуться лицом к месту крепления жгута).
6. Рывки с шагами вперед и не спеша назад с ударами.
7. Рывки с шагами задом (на отходах) и не спеша вперед с ударами.
8. Последний раунд по 10 сек работы и 10 сек отдых разные виды ударов, получается три раза вперед и три раза в обратную сторону (лицом к месту крепления жгута).
Вот так можно отрабатывать выносливость ударников. Конечно это не единственный вариант работы, но чтоб понять его эффективность нужно просто попробовать)
При правильной работе у вас улучшится скоростная выносливость, что является очень важным для бойца. Бокс это комплексный вид спорта, поэтому нужно развиваться всесторонне с использованием различных инструментов и материалов, в т.ч. резинового жгута.
