Шумовое загрязнение или noise pollution - это очень непопулярная, почти неизвестная тема, даже среди тех, кто носит визитку с надписью "экология - мое всё". Несмотря на свою очевидную громкость, о ней никто не задумывается. Люди привыкли к постоянному напору беспощадного городского шума, но он все ещё приносит вред нашему здоровью, знаем мы об этом или нет.
Я почти не сомневаюсь, что это видео наберет меньше просмотров, чем другие, но не могу не рассказать об этой теме, поскольку многие из нас вредят себе на ежедневной основе, и даже не знают об этом.
Уровень шума напрямую влияет на вашу нервную напряженность, здоровье сердечно-сосудистой системы, качество сна, скорость реакций и обучения и, разумеется, саморазвитие. Словом, эта малюсенькая, прижившаяся уже деталь, которую мы даже не ощущаем как неудобство, тихо и незаметно меняет нас изнутри.
К счастью, мы можем частично избавиться от последствий современной цивилизации. Благоустройство городов и урбанистика - это не фишка СНГ, но шум города, в конце-концов, можно заблокировать самостоятельно. Об этом - в конце видео.

Фальцет - неоднозначный тип пения.
Многие исполнители, которые используют его постоянно (Adele, Sam Smith, John Mayer) имели большие проблемы с голосом. Я не берусь судить, что именно фальцет явился причиной их проблем, но предупредить о подводных камнях такого звука считаю стоит.
1. Использовать много воздуха при таком пении опасно. Когда поем фальцетом - голосовые связки смыкаются не полностью, поэтому они не выдержат большой нагрузки и большого давления.
2. Этот эффект безопасен только на тихих звуках. Опять же, потому что связки не смыкаются полностью. Попытки извлечь громкий звуки фальцетом - примерно тоже самое, что без разминки и растяжки и подготовки бежать сразу марафон.
Но боятся этого звукоизвлечения тоже смысла нет - надо просто использовать его по назначению, соблюдая правила и уважая его ограничения.
Самый простой и здоровый метод работы с фальцетом, который я знаю - через шепот. Во-первых - это естественная функция голоса. Во-вторых, когда мы шепчем, обычно мы не используем много воздуха и не пытаемся издать громкий звук.
Так же важно, чтобы мы всегда могли осознанно включить и выключить этот эффект. Если тренировать только фальцет - он станет частью мышечной памяти и будет сам вылезать то там то тут. Кто в доме хозяин?)
Советую тренировать фальцет и головной голос в пропорции 40/60 а то и больше развивать мощный звонкий головной голос, который при необходимости мы будем прибегать в фальцет через шепот.
