Как научиться расслабленно боксировать? Вопрос который многие себе задают, ведь чувствуют, что то мешает отработать лучше получив легкость в работе. И тут есть две основных причины это не умение управлять своим телом, а вторая причина это стрессовая ситуация с которой вы сталкиваетесь в бою. Психологическое напряжение влияет и на физическое состояние и тут ля того, чтоб получить большую расслабленность нужно выполнить всего одно основное условие – это работать, боксировать в парах.
Но если вы не умеете расслаблять мышцы, не знаете как расслабить мышцы упражнения какие нужно делать, то тут и психологическое состояние вам не поможет. Поэтому нужно работать одновременно в двух направлениях. С одной стороны получать опыт, преодолевать страхи и учиться выполнять задачи в стрессовых ситуациях, а с другой стороны даже на тренировках учиться боксировать более легко, расслабленно, раскрепощенно.
Для того, чтоб вы улучшили свою работу важно чувствовать расслабленные плечи, расслабленные руки и мышцы спины. Это первый этап, выполнив который вы уже почувствуете улучшения в своей работе, выносливости и т.д.

Многие более низкие боксеры задаются вопросов что делать против высокого противника, как победить. И именно про это будет данное видео. Тому, кто боксировал с высоким боксером, знает на сколько это сложно. Ведь тут нужно не только быстро работать руками и ногами, но и добавлять работу корпусом, тратить много энергии, пробивать длинные серии и не останавливаться. Все это не так легко, как может показаться с первого взгляда).
Что бить против высокого противника, как победить против высокого – всегда приходится искать ключик к конкретному бойцу, но основные моменты они едины и нужно начинать пробовать с них.

Что бить против высокого? Такими основными моментами являются:
1) Постоянное перемещение на ногах;
2) Активная работа корпусом
3) Проведение обманных действий
4) Нанесение более длинных серий, с шагами и/или скачками (т.к. короткие серии сложно реализовать)
5) Работать в два этажа, т.е. работать и по корпусу и в голову, чтоб больше запутать соперника, заставить его раскрыться.
6) Давить, прессинговать, не отступать, обрезать углы и т.д. Конечно можно иногда попробовать вытянуть на себя, но обычно высокие бойцы на это не ведутся, т.к. очень хорошо чувствуют свою дистанцию и хорошо работают на отходах, встречают.
7) Самому вести бой, а не работать от противника, в ритме и манере удобной противнику, иначе бой выиграть будет сложно)
Главное смериться, с тем, что придется много работать, больше рисковать и не останавливаться).
В видео показана отработка серий против высокого, которые можно проводить как на тренировке так и у себя дома, в домашних условиях. Всего 10 раундов. Каждый раунд состоит из 2-3 минут (в зависимости от вашей физической формы и подготовки). Отдых между раундами 1 минута.
Отработка комбинаций против высокого соперника, включала в себя выполнение следующих заданий:
1 раунд: нанесение одиночных ударов. Задача прочувствовать мешок, пристреляться, попробовать нанести несколько акцентированных ударов.
2 раунд: нанесение любого вида удара перед или после защитного действия. Все делается с шагами, для сближения с противником.
3 раунд: нанесение серий из 2-3 ударов в голову, а также добавлением ударов по корпусу.
4 раунд: проведение обмана, показа что будет удар в голову после чего начинать серию с корпуса и переводить серию на голову
5 раунд: начинаем путать соперника, сначала дергаем в голову и начинаем серию с корпуса, затем начинаем серию с обмана в голову и пробиваем серию в голову, бьем серию в корпус, обманываем что будем бить в корпус и начинаем серию с головы…, т.е. постоянно меняем варианты и работаем в два этажа.
6 раунд: бьем серии из определенно не слишком большого количества ударов, немного проучиваем соперника после чего увеличиваем число ударов в серии.
7-9 раунд: вольный бой с использованием встречных ударов в два этажа, постоянно работаем, не отпускаем соперника, «весим на нем»
10 раунд: состоит из 3х частей, которые постоянно повторяются. Сначала бьются быстрые серии (около 4-5 серий), после чего бьются акцентированные серии (около 4-5 серий), после чего идет перемещение, борьба (около 10 секунд), дальше снова быстрые серии, акцентированные серии, перемещение борьба и так по кругу.
Конечно это не единственный вариант того как тренироваться низкому боксеру, но данный вариант очень не плох и попробовав выполнить его качественно, вы поймете как это не просто).
Тренируясь правильно можно победить высокого боксера, сильного бойца.

В данном видео показана тренировка на баланс и координацию ног бойца. Упражнение выполняется соединяя футворк и уклоны, а также смещения в стороны. Преимущество показанного упражнения, что оно позволяет ответить на вопрос как улучшить работу ног для бокса. Также выполняя данное упражнение, происходит тренировка скорости ног, но основным акцентом является именно тренировка на баланс ног, ловкость ног и тренировка на координацию ног, рук и корпуса.
Кроме физических навыков, выполняя данное упражнение для улучшения ног происходит, отработка движений в боксе, таких как смещение в сторону с выполнением уклона, а также нанесение ударов и дальнейшее смещение после атакующего действия.
Предложенное упражнение рекомендуется выполнять около 3 раундов. Каждый раунд длится 2-3 минуты.
В течении одной минуты уклоны и смещения делаются в одну сторону. В течении второй минуты клоны и смещения делаются в другую сторону, после чего можно от 30 сек до 1 мин, провести легкий бой с тенью.
Очень хорошо отрабатывать данное упражнение в паре с партнером или под присмотром тренера, который будет командовать, когда именно нужно делать разножку. Разножка в боксе выполняется и применяется по разному и данный вариант применения является достаточно нужным и эффективным, особенно если у вас есть проблемы с работой ног.
Как улучшить работу ног бойца – выполняй это и другие упражнения на ловкость, координацию, баланс и прогресс не заставит себя ждать.
