Step 6: Add some colour to the cafe

Step by Step:
On grid paper draw a series of circles in a grid, connect them with grey lines, fill in background black. For this drawing I used a 4B pencil.
More information on the Scintillating Grid Illusion:
The Scintillating Grid Illusion is thought to be based on a neural process called lateral inhibition, the capacity of an excited neuron to reduce the activity of its neighbors. The Scintillating Grid illusion was discovered by E. Lingelbach in 1994 and is similar to the Hermann Grid Illusion, which was noticed by Ludimar Hermann in 1870. The Hermann Grid Illusion does not have white circles.

How to Draw in 2-Point Perspective for Beginners: Draw Buildings in 2-Point Perspective: Circle Line Art School: Episode #299
The first step is to draw a horizontal line slightly below the middle of your page, next draw a across on the right and left of your horizontal line, these will be the vanishing points for this 2-point perspective drawing. All parallel lines going towards the vanishing points will look like they meet at the vanishing points, if you extended the lines all the way to the horizon.

The first step is to draw a horizontal line halfway up your page, next draw a across in the middle of this line, this will be the vanishing point for this one point perspective drawing, from this vanishing point, draw two diagonal lines to the left and then two diagonal lines to the right.

See how to draw a Rubik's Cube illusion in anamorphic perspective.
An anamorphic drawing looks 3D from one viewpoint only.
To draw a Rubik's Cube you need to look at the cube from a low angle and then draw a dot on a piece of paper where you see the corners of the cube, from your low angle. The squares will look like rectangles unless you look at your drawing from your original low angle, when it should look like a 3D cube.
