I worked on Fabriano Artistico extra white hot press 140lb watercolor paper on this.

In this speed painting demonstration I show you how I painted this landscape. It was commissioned in February of 2012. It is an oil over acrylic painting on an 18"x24" canvas.
The acrylic paint used is Liquitex basics, the oil I use is Windsor & Newton and Weber's Permalba with Liquin.

I'm going to show you my layering process for drawing a flamingo and water reflections in colored pencil. I will be blending my pencils with Powder Blender from Brush and Pencil. These blending techniques allow for fast application and smooth blending of the pencils giving you an almost pastel pencil look but with far less mess!

My Nano Reef Tank
My tank is 13.5 gallons featuring a large arch where I am growing green star polyps as my main coral with some purple mushrooms and three varieties of ricordia mushrooms on separate rocks. I have a Black Storm clownfish, a Helmeted Picasso clownfish, two cleaner shrimp, and several cleanup crew members (snails/crabs).
