Color Study - Sunset Plein Air
My process for practicing color when painting landscapes outdoors.
I've been attending the Plein Air Convention in San Diego this week. I created a fun little video of a sunset color study painting. Shows my process when I go out to paint on location. From the thumbnail composition sketch, to the colors I use, to playing around with colors for a good atmospheric effect.
