Для того, чтобы почувствовать опору звука и работу диафрагмы:
1. - Положить руку на живот в район пупка.
2. - Вдохнуть.
3. - Наклонить корпус и на выдохе пропеть любой удобный звук.
4. - Рукой надавить на живот, чтобы он начал уходить внутрь, под ребра. Давить мягко, но настойчиво)
Если в результате:
- звук становится более устойчивым и удобным,
- длинные ноты лучше тянутся,
- высокие ноты легче и мощнее звучат,
- улучшается тембр,
- петь становится удобнее и комфортнее, легче -
значит опора найдена)
Далее, запоминаем ощущения в животе и делаем тоже самое без наклона и руки)
