Одно из самых "мистифицированных" понятий в вокале - БЭЛТИНГ????
При желании раскладывается на 3 шага. Какие именно смотри в видео, это проще показать, чем описать в сообщении)
Раньше я думал, что чтобы получить звук в духе Агилеры или Корнелла надо давить или тужится. ????
Практика показала, что не надо))????????????
ВАЖНО - на первом этапе не нужно стараться прям "тянуть грудной звук наверх" насильно. С практикой это начнет получаться легко и естественно.
Попытки ускорить появление "груди-груди" наверху могут привести к тому, что начнешь тупо кричать и горле и потеряешь резонанс.Применять аккуратно:)

Реально ли научиться петь без тренера?
Мое мнение по этому вопросу такое - ты всегда учишься петь сам, тренер за тебя петь не начнет. Он помогает - спору нет, конечно хороший тренер может серьезно помочь.
Тебе сделать свою работу. А не за тебя.
Но в данном видео несколько не об этом.
Есть несколько лайфхаков, если хотите, "майндсетов", для того, чтобы сделать обучение более быстрым, взять это обучение в свои руки, а не отдавать его в руки тренера.

Циркуль можно выполнять в следующих случаях:
1) Смена угла атаки
2) Устранения преимущества левши при смещении за ногу
3) Встречный удар более низкому сопернику
Когда выполнять циркуль.
Циркуль необходим применять с соблюдением следующих факторов:
1) Когда противник плохо видит ваши действия, удары. Например когда противник перекрыт плотно или вы наложили руку, в следствии чего противник плохо видит
2) Когда противник не может сместиться назад
3) Когда противник идет в атаку и наносит удар (с шагом).
Как выполнять циркуль.
Чтоб циркуль у вас получился нужно правильно его выполнять:
1) Наступать передней ногой в нужное место, за ногой соперника , а не в внутрь его стойки
2) Боксерский элемент циркуль применяется с переносом веса на передней ноге, с последующим переносом веса на заднюю ногу, для того, чтоб мочь нанести следующие удары.
3) Прокручивание происходит на передней части стопы передней ноги. Некоторые показывают, что нужно выполнять на пятке, но это не всегда удобно.
Также в видео показано какие нужно выполнять подводящие упражнения для выполнения циркуля. Циркуль в боксе не часто применяется, ведь есть много условий, для того чтоб он был успешным, но умение выполнять его должно быть у каждого бойца.
Как улучшить работу ног в боксе? Просто необходимо постоянно тренироваться и стараться изучать новые элементы, которые не только будут полезные в бою, но и улучшать вашу координацию, ловкость и т.д.

В данном видео показан комплекс на развитие взрывной силы и ловкости для боксера. Взрывная сила и скорость имеет очень важное значение для любого бойца. Быстрый удар часто означает – опасный удар, удар которого не видишь может нанести очень серьезный урон. Конечно в идеале чтоб взрывная сила и выносливость работа в паре, т.е. были развиты на должном уровне, тогда будет возможность не только нанеси быстрый удар или серию, но и мочь наносить такие удары много раз.

Данная тренировка на улучшение скорости бойца поможет практически в любой ситуации, без сложного дополнительного оборудования поддержать ваши скоростные качества, а также улучшить их, при соблюдении взрывного режима работы.
Сам комплекс выполняется в интервальном режиме, т.е. в комплексе на увеличение взрывной силы и выносливости бойца, есть раунды задание в которых выполняется не спеша, а есть раунды, в которых выполняется работа на максимальных скоростях. Подобная работа постоянно чередуется между собой для того, чтоб дать организму восстановится и более эффективно выполнять работу.
Тренировка взрывной силы и выносливости бойца состоит из следующих комплекса упражнений. Каждый комплекс состоит из 4 кругов по 4 упражнения, каждое упражнение выполняется по 15 секунд, между упражнениями 5 секунд отдых. Между комплексами, активный отдых около 2-4 минут. Желательное число комплексов по 4 круга и 4 упражнения, 3-4 штуки. Перед выполнением комплекса необходимо хорошо размяться.
Каждый круг в комплексе состоит из 4 упражнений:
1. Прыжки на скакалке в произвольном силе. Упражнение выполняется не интенсивно
2. Бой с тенью. Упражнение выполняется не интенсивно
3. Прыжки на скакалке. Упражнение выполняется на максимальных или околомаксимальных скоростях
4. Отжимания от пола. Упражнение выполняется на максимальных или околомаксимальных скоростях. Можно выбирать любые подходящие в конкретном случае виды отжиманий.
Ищете упражнения на взрывную силу с собственным весом?) Отжимания очень хороший вариант, тем более можно выбрать разные вариации, которые отличаются сложностью. Главное делать все действительно быстро и качественно, а не медленно или быстро и как попало)
