Как научиться петь с нуля самостоятельно в домашних условиях.

Чтобы научиться петь самостоятельно, нужно понимать как работает голос.
Голос получается за счет того, что воздух из легких проходит сквозь голосовые связки.
Из этого получается вибрация, она усиливается в разных полостях лица - и получается голос.

Для вокала необходимо уметь выпускать воздух равномерно и дозированно, в этом помогут мышцы пресса, спины и косые мышцы талии.
Эти мышцы активны при пении. Важно как уметь активизировать эти мышцы, так и уметь расслаблять их.

Шею, горло, плечи и челюсть, напротив, необходимо держать расслабленными.

3 упражнения для новичка.

1. Трель губами - помогает расслабить связки, отрегулировать подачу воздуха, раскрыть верхнюю часть голоса.
2. Язык наружу - помогает вывести звук в вокальную маску, получить базовое резонирование в лице, в частности на твердом небе.
3. Звук ААА - переносим базовое резонирование на звук А.

Важно следить за тем, чтобы в теле было все комфортно.
Особенно в районе шеи и горла.
Если у вас что-то зажимается или напрягается в горле - значит выполняете упражнения неправильно.
Следите за ощущениями в теле, сохраняйте комфорт и резонирование.

3 года у меня мой участок, и каждый год я на нем что-нибудь мастерю:) Построила опоры-пирамиды, арку, высокие грядки и шпалеру из веток и прутьев ивы, ольхи, орешника... В этом видео мой пример ширмы из георгинов и, вообще, идея разграничения пространства на садовом участке с помощью посаженных рядами георгинов. Георгины очень быстро растут и очень продолжительное время цветут, поэтому они очень подходят, на мой взгляд, для создания такой ширмы. Но можно использовать множество других растений! В том числе и многолетних! А сочетание нескольких видов растений разного срока цветения придадут вашей ширме еще больше значения.
