Немного о себе, т.к. подписчики и зрители канала часто спрашивали меня про бои и разные личные моменты и поэтому я постараюсь немного описать это здесь. Первый мой бой я провел в 7 лет. В течении одного года тренировок я одновременно ходил и на танцы и на бокс. Дальше я стал заниматься только боксом. За все время я провел 221 бой из них 193 победы. Я не любил когда записывали мои бои, т.к. чувствовал немного большую ответственность и на самом деле не понимал, зачем оно надо). Тем не менее примерно было записано около 20 боев. Они находились на разных кассетах и когда оцифровал видео увидел, что из последних боев сохранился только этот. Также «пропал» мой самый первый бой, тогда я весил 28 кг.) Также в Адлере на Международном турнире по боксу, посвященный памяти Героя Советского Союза Мартироса Нагуляна я провел бой с чемпионом России (к сожалению не помню фамилии имения). Тот бой я проиграл, но по решению судей, а не собственному ощущению. Был очень сложный, но хороший примерно равный бой. Он также не сохранился. Сейчас конечно же жалею, что поздно вспомнил про свои записи, но былого не вернешь.
В данном бою я боксировал с Александром Локизой. Я с ним, когда он проводил свой первый бой, встречался на спаррингах. Тогда меня тренер Сани попросил не бить сильно, т.к. Саня только начинал, но подавал большие надежды. И когда я боксировал в первый раз с ним, он действительно был хорош, тем более для первого боя. А данный (показанный) бой для меня был не простой, т.к. у Сани длинные руки, и я не любил работать первым номером, поэтому это также вызывало дополнительные трудности. Конечно бой еще можно было продолжить, тем более до конца осталось не много времени. Спасибо Сане за хороший бой!
В данном видео я боксировал в 51 кг, потом я еще выступал в 54, 57 и 60 кг уже завершил выступать. Показанное выступление антона чередниченко не самый мой лучший бой, но про остальные осталась только память(((. Вот примерно так я боксировал.
С момента моего последнего боя прошло больше 12 лет и к сожалению не тренируясь так как нужно, навыки постепенно теряются, хоть я и стараюсь поддерживать себя немного в форме.

Одно из самых "мистифицированных" понятий в вокале - БЭЛТИНГ????
При желании раскладывается на 3 шага. Какие именно смотри в видео, это проще показать, чем описать в сообщении)
Раньше я думал, что чтобы получить звук в духе Агилеры или Корнелла надо давить или тужится. ????
Практика показала, что не надо))????????????
ВАЖНО - на первом этапе не нужно стараться прям "тянуть грудной звук наверх" насильно. С практикой это начнет получаться легко и естественно.
Попытки ускорить появление "груди-груди" наверху могут привести к тому, что начнешь тупо кричать и горле и потеряешь резонанс.Применять аккуратно:)

Для того, чтобы почувствовать опору звука и работу диафрагмы:
1. - Положить руку на живот в район пупка.
2. - Вдохнуть.
3. - Наклонить корпус и на выдохе пропеть любой удобный звук.
4. - Рукой надавить на живот, чтобы он начал уходить внутрь, под ребра. Давить мягко, но настойчиво)
Если в результате:
- звук становится более устойчивым и удобным,
- длинные ноты лучше тянутся,
- высокие ноты легче и мощнее звучат,
- улучшается тембр,
- петь становится удобнее и комфортнее, легче -
значит опора найдена)
Далее, запоминаем ощущения в животе и делаем тоже самое без наклона и руки)
