В данном видео я попытался раскрыть тему с какого возраста отдать ребенка на бокс и в каких случаях стоит ли сначала ходить на танцы или какой то другой вид спорта.
Все рождаемся с разными талантами, но узнать, что у нас есть талант мы можем только лишь попробовав делать какие то вещи, выполнять задания, анализировать результаты.
Можно выделить как бы два основных фактора, которые влияют будет ли достигнут успех в определенном спорте.
1. Это прирожденные таланты, особые физические данные, скорость обучаемости, сочетания типов мышц, острота зрения, характера, особенностей строения скелета (ноги длиннее или руки) и т.д.
2. Это те усилия, которые человек прикладывает.
Чем меньше у человека талантов, тем больше ему усилий нужно приложить для достижения результата.
Гены - очень важный момент, т.к. от этого зависит как быстро вы сможете прогрессировать в том или ином виде занятий, спорте. Если у вас есть возможность хорошо научится пространственному зрению (это те кому нужно видеть предмет хорошо в движении, фехтовальщики, баскетболисты и т.д.) значит вы сможете в определенных видах спорта достигать успех, если у вас не развито пространственное зрение при этом острота зрения очень высока, вы можете быть стрелком и может быть выиграть олимпийские игры. От природных данных много зависит, но к чему есть предрасположенность, а чему ее нет, можно узнать по тому прогрессу, который получается при выполнении определённых задач, упражнений, тренировок на протяжении определенного времени.
В одном из исследований проведенным с детьми, задача стояла выявить тех, кто может достигнуть высот в этом виде спорта, была выявлена закономерность между достижениями которые в итоге дети достигли с теми общими физическими данными которые имел ребенок.
Т.е. дети развивающиеся себя в беге и упражнениях на ловкость, намного быстрее приобретали навыки игры в теннис. И были сделаны выводы, что хорошо развитые спортивные навыки, помогают и ускоряют рост в других видах спорта, где эти навыки также важны.
Бокс является комплексным видом спорта, в котором очень много зависит именно от работы ног.
Василий Ломаченко, который специально упражнялся и по известной информации ходил на танцы и судя по тому как он двигается и как работает ногами, наверное это дало свой результат.
Поэтому я склоняюсь к тому, что в принципе сначала можно отдать ребенка не на бокс, а потом повести на бокс.
С какого возраста можно заниматься боксом: это не должно быть позже 12 лет, т.к. после этого будет уже тяжелее. Раньше считалось, что когда мы растем мы формируем нейронные связи, но потом оказалось, что мы рождаемся с нейронными связями и со временем те которые не нужны, просто исчезают. Соответственно нужно начать их поддерживать вовремя иначе прогресс будет не такой какой мог бы быть.
Но подытожим
1. Ребенок должен заниматься спортом, желательно тем в котором он должен достигнуть успех или тем упражнения в котором помогут ему в его основном виде спорта в дальнейшем. Это могут быть танцы перед боксом или какой то другой вид спорта.
2. Желательно, чтоб Ребенок начал заниматься основным видом спорта, не позднее 12 лет. Поэтому важно отдать ребенка на бокс до указанного возраста.
3. Может быть рискованным чтоб ребенок очень активно выступал до 12 лет, т.к. этот вид спорта может как бы утомить человека в этом виде спорта раньше времени
4. И последнее, только упорный труд может помочь достичь успеха, талантливы или не очень, часто трудяги побеждают таланты, которые не достаточно трудились не достаточно. Начать заниматься боксом можно в разном возрасте, но когда бы вы не начали, вам всегда придется трудится).
