Ребята, цель моих видео мотивировать измениться к лучшему, а также предложить варианты жиросжигающий тренировок, которыми пользуюсь я.
Упражнение прыжки на скакалке, является очень простым, но в то же время эффективным в жиросжигании. Такая каридо зарядка позволяет сжечь лишние калории, держать #мышцы в тонусе и часто может выступать хорошим заменителем бега.
Меняя интенсивность работы, ты всегда сможешь сделать так, чтобы #тренировка была тяжелой, а значит эффективной.

Подобные тренировки помогают формировать выносливость, координацию и скорость. По схеме, сходной с предложенной в видео, можно подбирать любые подходящие тебе упражнения, тем самым нагружая нужные группы мышц.

Многие сталкивались и видели необъективное судейство в единоборствах, на соревнованиях. И в данном видео я рассказываю про то, что делать, чтоб не засудили в бою? Иногда слышишь от знакомых или друзей – меня за судили, и думаешь блин что действительно так часто это случается? Бывает проигравшие люди не полностью объективно воспринимают ситуацию и поэтому ошибочно считают, что выиграли. Но данное видео не про такие случае, а про те где действительно засудили в бою.

Когда я выступал, часто встречался с подобными явлениями. Особенно на области и когда я боксировал с местными боксерами с областного центра. Конечно выгоднее, чтоб местные бойцы ехали на соревнования, а не какие то другие люди с других городов.
И почему то я думал, что такое бывает только на соревнованиях более простого уровня, но потом видел подобное и на международных турнирах и т.д. Недавно вот смотрел европейские игры и тоже, как по мне там было парочка подозрительных решений. Конечно тем кто у ринга видно по другому, нежели нам у экрана, но чтоб настолько.
Опять же вспомнить бой Василия Ломаченко и Салидо. Или случай на олимпийских играх с Роем Джонсом, когда его засудили и потом через 10 лет приняли решение, что все таки он победил. Короче это просто смешно… Если даже на таком уровне проходит всякие мухляжи то на более низком и подавно. Всякая политика, у кого то связи, кото му то что то выгодно, кто то заплатил, причины могут быть разные и как боец вы на них повлиять никак не можете.
Единственный шанс это выйти на бой и победить досрочно. И мне тренер всегда это говорил, хоть иногда хочется услышать, что есть еще какой то выход.
Выходя на бой вы должны понимать, что любой шанс который вы дадите сопернику, судьям может быть использован против вас.
Бывает и судья в ринге заряжен, короче бывает все.
Досрочная победа это ваш шанс. Причем люди думают, что явно победить сложно, но реально для того чтоб сделать нокдаун не так уж и много надо, для того, чтоб посадить противника на задницу, достаточно и 42 кг веса. По крайней мере с этого веса, я уже это делал. Подумайте только, 42 кг, это вообще ничто).
Поэтому не хотите, чтоб у вас украли победу, не давайте шанса это сделать!
