Jules César cryptait ses messages par un procédé simple : Il décalait chaque lettre du texte de 3 fois, en gros. Le A devient D, le B devient E, ainsi desuite, en dressant un petit tableau avec ce décallage, on trouve donc un sens à l'écriture cryptée :

HQ FRPPHQWDLUH GLV FHFL : OH SDBVDQ QRXUULW OH URL.

Ceci veut dire :

EN COMMENTAIRE DIS CECI : LE PAYSAN NOURRIT LE ROI.
