Сами по себе зажимы не возникают. Это неестественное состояние для голоса.
Всегда есть причина:) и не волшебно-мифическая, а конкретная.

Мышцы гортани и шеи зажимаются если не правильно используем голос.
Самая частая вещь на моей практике - бардак с опорой.

Если нужно спеть что-то высокое и громкое, а ты не управляешь опорой и резонансом - то в 99.9% начнешь напрягать «все что напрягается», все что под руку попадает в надежде, что это поможет извлечь желаемый звук.

Обычно это помогает наработать зажимы.

Без понимания того, как устроен голос, можно годами петь на зажимах.

Некоторые даже начинают думать, что они «просто не имеют таланта» к пению.
Хотя талант в этой истории настолько же уместен как талант к вождению машины.
Что будет, если инструкторы по вождению начнут опираться на такое абстрактно-загадочное понятие как «талант»?
(короче, никому не нужен специальный талант, чтобы разобраться работе и использования голоса. или машины. только никому не говорите:))

Но я отвлекся.

Мышцы гортани зажимаются и блокируют движения голосовых связок, чтобы защитить сами связки от излишнего напряжения.
Лишнее напряжение возникает, когда опора не работает и нагрузка с больших мышц живота и диафрагмы падает на крохотные мышцы гортани.

Получается эффект машинки Флинстоунов.
Сел в машинку и ногами работай)))

Чтобы петь свободно и без зажимов нужно:

1. Освободить регистры голоса
2. Всегда использовать резонанс.
3. Петь на опоре.

То есть мы работаем с 3 вещами
Дыхание-Связки-Мягкое небо.
Корректная балансировка этих элементов позволяет петь свободно и без зажимов. Громко и высоко.

2 простых способа убрать зажимы с горла и шеи. ????????

1 - Вытащить язык и петь в таком положении.
Это помогает связкам смыкаться и убирает напряжение с мышц шеи.

Если держать язык в тонусе, делать артикуляционную гимнастику - звукоизвлечение значительно улучшится. ????‍♀️

2 - Техника "рука на шее". Положить руку на шею во время практики - таким образом можно легко отследить все напряжения в шее и расслабить мышцы. Осознанность = наше все! ⚡

Зачастую, напряжение копится незаметно, и рука на шее в качестве "надзирателя" может очень быстро отучить шею и горло зажиматься.

Конечно обязательно следить за дыханием и опорой)
