You are supervising how the staff is performing their job at the Filipino company, and although you are satisfied with how the company is being handled, you still have to figure out what can be improved within the company. He replies in Filipino, "Because I am the boss!" Well, at least you were able to work with your Filipino skills for a little bit anyway.
