Привет всем! Сегодня я немного поделюсь с вами тем, что делать в случае если получил травму, что делать, чтоб не терять время и не терять форму и т.д.
В боксе, как и в любом виде спорта можно получить травму и конечно нас это расстраивает, ведь нам приходится вынужденно ожидать, не боксировать, не выступать, в общем не двигаться вперед.
Основной идеей того, что делал я, когда у меня были травмы, то я пытался любой недостаток обернуть себе на пользу. Любой простой в какой то части, компенсировать успешной работой в другой части.
Например у меня был перелом передней левой руки. Причем такой интересный случай. Мы приехали на соревнования, бои уже завтра начинаются, а в номере были кровати с большими спинками из дерева и там были острые углы. Вечером заснул все было нормально, утром проснулся и почувствовал, что у меня немного болит рука, а именно костяшка указательного пальца. Но соревнования серьезные, я ж не могу из за такого отказаться выходить. Уже в бою почувствовал, что боль усилилась. В третьем раунде я уже боксировал одной рукой. И когда уже снял перчатку, я увидел огромную руку, на вся напухла. В общем единственной моей догадкой было это то, что я во сне прорубил по спинке кровати и так повредил руку, в общем был перелом. В общем, что же делать в таких случаях?
Все просто, начинать тренироваться и работать одной рукой. У каждого в работе есть слабые места, до которых обычно все руки не доходят или доходят, но не достаточно. Как раз в таких случаях все это можно решить. Усилить слабые места или еще больше улучшить свои сильные стороны. И по сути дела вы не стоите, а продолжаете двигаться.
Продолжу свою историю, так я начал работать только одной левой. И я скажу за месяц, я так наработал, что когда я стал в пару я одной левой мог сделать не меньше чем двумя руками. Левая рука стала как автомат, работал без остановок. Кроме того еще успел поработать над другими нюансами. Смысл в том, что получается когда ты должен следить и за левой и за правой и за всем остальным то из-за большого объема информации может не получаться увидеть все ошибки и т.д. А тут одна рука, более узкие задания, но все действия стали намного отточеннеей, осознанней и правильнее.
Поэтому если ваши травмы позволяют вам выполнять какие то действия, без негативного влияния на процесс выздоровления пользуйтесь. Повредили одну руку – работайте другой, повредили две руки работайте ногами, бегайте кросы, работайте на ловкость, координацию, скорость. Повредили ногу, работайте над руками. Где то можно поработать над техникой, где то над физическими качествами, всегда есть какой то выход и нужно его искать, сделать так, чтоб травма наоборот придала вам больше сил. Даже если вы не можете работать вообще, значит можно разбирать бои боксеров, придумать серии и комбинации которые вам могут подойти в соответствии с вашим телосложением и данными. В общем травма не лишает вас, а наоборот дает вам шанс стать лучше!
