В данном видео я постарался рассказать свое мнение о том как можно стать сильнее, чем заниматься чтоб стать сильным.
У всех у нас бывают трудности и нам хочется проходить их с легкостью, не испытывать страха, не бояться, не волноваться и так далее.
И каждый ищет путь не только казаться сильным, как настоящий мужик, закалённый, бесстрашный, но и быть таким на самом деле.
Данный ролик я хотел назвать это сделает тебя сильнее, именно потому, что рассказанная мной история является подлинной и рабочей не только в моем случае, но также я видел, как ребята в первый раз пришедшие на тренировку, думающие о том как стать сильной личностью, перестать бояться и стать храбрее, мужественнее, с каждым днем, с каждым испытанием становились сильнее, развитие, выносливее, готовыми к трудностям.
Конечно все хотят найти тайный секрет как стать сильнее в 10 раз за один день, но к сожалению такого секрета не существует, хотя изменив у себя внутри отношение к некоторым вещам вы действительно сможете стать очень сильным.
Мы постоянно проходим испытания и проверяем себя на прочность, жизнь не проста и лучше быть готовым к некоторым неприятным моментам, чем просто надеяться на лучшее и ничего не предпринимать.
Многое зависит именно от нас, наши труды и усилия со временем начинают работать на нас, но сначала будет тяжело. Сначала будет невыносимо сложно, как морально так и физически. Но тот кто не сдается в зале, не сдаться и вне его и это очень большое преимущество, это невидимая сила, которой хотят многие обладать, но не все понимают как ее добиться. А на самом деле все просто, труд, тяжелый труд. Кажется ничего нет проще, труд - это обычное слово, но лишь со временем начинаешь понимать всю глубину его значения.

В данном видео предложен вариант тренировки, упражнений на Скорость, выносливость, функционал бойца. Тренируйся как Василий Ломаченко, бери пример с лучших и сам становись лучше.
Итак в чем суть данного задания:
У нас раунды по одной минуте:
1. В первом раунде мы прыгаем на скакалке в среднем или темпе немного выше темпом.
2. Во втором раунде мы делаем 10 берпи и остальное время до завершения раунда бьем сдвоенные или строенные удары одной рукой.
Схожим образом не один раз пробивали удары в своих боях и на тренировках Василий Ломаченко, Геннадий Головкин и другие.
Общее количество рекомендуемых кругов по две минуты от 6 до 10 кругов.
Данное задание помогает, после выполнения скакалки и берпи, почувствовать легкую слабость и после этого уже на полную стараться пробивать удары с максимальной скорость. Важно выполнять все качественно, стараться бить четко при этом пробивать удары с максимальной скоростью.
Берем пример с лучших и сами становимся лучше. Это хороший лозунг, ведь всегда есть те с кого стоит брать пример, причем не только в спорте, но и в обычной жизни.
Данная работа позволяет учиться мобилизовать ресурсы организма, увеличивается функциональную подготовку, проверить свою скорость удара и боевую выносливость.

Я часто на тренировках замечаю как люди делают уклоны в боксе и ошибки при уклонах замечаю, и обычно они одни и те же:
1. Опускание рук при уклонах. Даже если вы уклонились, сместились с линии атаки, но при это опустили руку, существует риск пропустить удар. В данном случае совет заключается в том, что необходимо подымать руки до уровня глаз. Таким образом, вы сможете видеть удары, а с другой стороны будете защищены, прикрыты.
2. Работа в основном одним корпусом и заваливание вперед. При таком выполнении уклона скорость уклона не такая высока, которую можно развить, скорость выпрямления для нанесения дальнейших ударов, также низкая. Также теряется возможность полноценно видеть, что происходит. Ну и если уклон будет выполнен с заваливанием, значит повышается риск пропустить встречные удары или удары после уклона. Для правильного выполнения уклонов, необходимо соблюдать принцип многорычажности о котором я говорил в видео как уклоняться от ударов лучше https://youtu.be/_Zoi4qqDd4c.
3. В момент уклона, осуществляется поворот головы, в результате чего вы либо теряете противника из виду или вы видите только одним глазом. Нельзя выполнять действия так, что ваши же действия вам и мешают. В любой ситуации необходимо стараться видеть двумя глазами и все видеть.
Это мой топ ошибок при уклонах. Конечно это не полный список, ведь список ошибок не ограничен)
