Bird in colored pencil and airbrushing demonstration w/ Lachri

Today I'm demonstrating a lilac breasted roller in colored pencil (polychromos and luminance) against an airbrushed teal background. I worked on Fabriano Artistico HP watercolor paper and used a stencil for my damask background. The reference photo for my bird is from http://www.wildlifereferencephotos.com
