You ask him where you can find the tomatoes, and he shows you a few that are six euros a pound. This time, you tell him in Italian, "Isn't that expensive?" The clerk shrugs and says, "It depends on what you want. The best tomatoes make the best sauce!"

"Well, it's time you began your introduction to the Italian numbers," they say, and they send you off to the computer, the modern-day numerologist, to find your lucky and unlucky Italian numbers.
