Protect your paintings! How to varnish an acrylic painting tips and techniques w/ Lachri

Today I'm sharing my favorite method to varnish my acrylic paintings. There are TONS of different ways to do this, please share your favorite products and methods in the comments for others to learn from!! These are my favorite varnishing techniques and tips!

I've been hesitant to share how I varnish just because I don't want to give you guys bad advice. I'm not following the direction of these products because of how I use the two together. I've found a way that works quite well for me, but if someone were to apply a heavier coat or not enough of the matte finish, I can't promise that you will get the same results that I do. PLEASE try this on a small project before you use my techniques on something you've put a lot of time into. I can not tell you if my methods will work great for your way of painting, paint type or canvas type. This is just what has worked well for me over the years!
