With this tutorial you’ll learn how to do preparatory sketches for a sculpture because, is very advisable to do a previous study of the object that is going to be sculpted. In this case, we are going to do sketches of an eagle. We are going to being with the general forms and we are going to focus on the details of the animals. It’s important to make drawings of the bird from different angles and positions.

This video it’s an anticipation of the next tutorial!

Mechanical pencil with 0.7mm, B lead
Strathmore white sketch paper, fine grain
Prismacolor kneaded eraser
